4 Kellywood Celebs Fame and Fortune Causing Careers Prezzo, who is also known as CMB Prezzo is a Kellywood celebrity. He is a rapper and a musician whose career in Kellywood began to pick up steam way back in the early 2000's. He has released a couple of hit singles and hit collabos with other artists from Kellywood over the years. His fans would prefer more songs though, if we are not mistaken. He has managed to stay relevant over the years while keeping his fans entertained. Back in the day, Prezzo was the show stopper in Kellywood, remember when he landed at an event using a chopper and caused quite a stir. Ofcourse you cannot keep up these kinds of show stopping stunts because they are expensive. We wonder if Prezzo went bankrupt or what, because even the CMB mentioned above which stands for Cash Money Brothers, and was made up of several artist, disintegrated and is no more. CMB was a Kellywood music outfit created by Prezzo, that echoed Hollywood outfits like G-Unit by Fifty Cents. All this showmanship was an experiment to see how far it could push Prezzo's career, and if the CMB thing worked out, it could have even gone international, you never know so you gotta give it a try. Prezzo has been on the reality show, the Nairobi Diaries, which featured the likes of Bridget Akinyi. He also did an infamous interview with Betty Kyalo on KTN television network, where he is alleged to have been drunk while on set, yet he was presented to be sober. Probably the producers found out about this but could not do anything about it because they had already promised the fans to bring Prezzo on the show that day. All in all we believe it went well because people were actually entertained and it was a memorable interview! This was the talk of town for quite a while and pushed ratings for Betty Kyalo and this segment of the news bulletin that featured artists like it did with Prezzo here. Prezzo has also been on the Big Brother Africa reality TV show that was held in South Africa a while back and he is the first Kellywood celebrity to do so. Huddah Monroe was also on the show, after Prezzo did his time over there and none of them won the competition but they represented Kellywood and also marketed themselves by putting their names out there. Jaguar is also a Kellywood celebrity who is a musician and a politician. He is the current Member of Parliament for Starehe Constituency which is a part of Nairobi county. Jaguar is also the founder of JYE Foundation, a former director at NACADA and a business man.
